You agree NOT to use WriteHumanly to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Engage in academic dishonesty, fraud, or misrepresentation
• Generate, distribute, or promote harmful, abusive, defamatory, or misleading content
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, exploit, or overload the platform or its underlying systems
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or abuse the service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute access to the service without written permission

We reserve the right to monitor usage and take action — including account suspension — where necessary, without prior notice.
